Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Postponement Policy for Guided Visualization Sessions (1.5 hours) We offer 1.5-hour guided visualization sessions designed for your well-being and personal development. Here is our cancellation and postponement policy for these sessions: Free Cancellation and Postponement: You can cancel your session free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. At this point, it is also possible to postpone your session to the next session, subject to availability. Postponement: If you cancel your session more than 24 hours in advance, we offer you the option to reschedule your session to a later date, subject to availability. This flexibility is designed to best support your personal development journey without any financial loss on your part. Same-Day Cancellation: Sessions canceled on the same day as the session are considered due. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will review these situations on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable solution, such as postponing your session, if available. We encourage you to inform us as soon as possible of any changes to your attendance. This allows us to better manage our sessions and potentially offer your spot to someone else on the waiting list. Your understanding and cooperation help us provide a quality experience for all our participants.
