Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending our workshop. Workshop Cancellation and Postponement Policy: Free Cancellation and Postponement: Cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before the workshop for a full refund. Within this timeframe, you may also postpone your participation to a future workshop, subject to availability. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee, with the remaining half refunded. A postponement of your participation to another workshop, subject to availability, may be offered at no additional cost. Late Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before the workshop. However, the possibility of postponing to a future workshop will be considered, subject to availability, to best accommodate your situation. No-Show: In case of no-show without prior notice, the full registration fee will be retained. We will review individual cases for possible postponement, depending on circumstances and future availability. Workshop Cancellation: If the workshop is canceled by us, a full refund or a postponement of your registration to a later date will be offered, depending on your preference. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. This will allow for better registration management and the possibility of offering your place to another participant.
